Erin you're such a Bowie fan,any chance you'll post a cover,if so what might the candidates be,also,do you really have synesthesia,if so can you expound a bit on what that's like?

Hello. Yes, I am a hopeless Bowie worshiper. I have covered his songs but am shy to post for some reason. I've played "Life on Mars", "It's no Game", "Rock n Roll Suicide", "Modern Love", and "Five Years"....oh and "Moonage Daydream" but only at drunken open mics. Do you have any requests? I'm open to suggestions.

I really do have synesthesia which I'm not sure is the same for everybody but my earliest memories of music were rather hallucinatory so I know I was born with it. Keys and chords are certain colours to me. Songs centered around G or G- are burnt orange/red and D/D- is green. I love Ab because it is blue. C is pale yellow for minor and bright yellow for major. E is white, F is green and B is sort of orange/brown. Being able to see one note as spacially relative to another really helps me with pitch and being melodically adventurous. It's rather like having a map. On the other hand I can't sight read worth a damn so I guess we all have different abilities when it comes to music.

Thanks for asking. I didn't think anyone read this blog. It's become an angsty (aging) teenager's diary for that reason.

Yeah you're on my blog-stop,one of them being Cosmic Audrey in Romania who i found(i think) because of(indirectly) Mr. Bowie.Yeah you're a great singer and i read Twitters and such of musical acts i like, you're just not as well known.Yeah i noticed there are almost never any comments...
Well good to know you do sing them,i don't have any suggestions,i'm only just a typical fan(sorry),liking his hits with the exception of the Let's Dance album,my fave is arguably Golden Years, was just wondering why you hadn't posted given your great fandom & talent.
Thanks for answering the Synesthesia question,it sounds F'n cool to me(as does Delicious Sadness,ha-ha).
